應該係你個img file有問題boot唔起,你有無unzip個file,再寫個img file去SD card?

I tried to use both mac (PiWriter) and the Win32Diskimager, the Piwriter error at the end every time, but the win32 went alright.
but both img can't boot the PI properly........

你係未用Adapter比power去MPD？最小要有1A, 700mA最好1A.

Like dick88 said, only RED light is ON means the RPi cannot boot because it could not detect the image in SD. You probably could download the RaspyFi again, try another SD card. If all fails, check your RPI, perhaps by booting up another images.
One more thing, do you think you provide enough power to the RPi?

boelvin師兄講得對,你試下换過張SD card最小要有4GB,Class 4或之上.

Thanks for you guys reply, I'm using a mobile phone battery pack with 5V and 2A output. I found that if I clone the picoreplayer to the SD card (8G class4 Adata) all the lights light up. But the paspyfi won't. I tried to download the paspyfi and cloned few times but the results were same.
I will have a try on another SD, sigh.........
