hi there, I have really never heard the original version but the one I have is quite neutral, it is not V shape at all, so I have to say it would be good with all genres of music except possibly for bassheads.The bass as it is comes very naturally without emphasis or boom, airy hid and high and just plain nice to listen to.
I must admit I don't have many IEM, others being UE900 and Etymotic.Once putting my 900 back on I realize what I miss.

原來師兄也有用HRT的產品，很認同師兄orgainc的評價，初聽HRT也許會覺得其分析力一般，但其音樂感及那種Live的感覺，在這個價位比較少有器材會走這個方向。
13pro的新版一直很有興趣，師兄這篇分享更令人想入了呢

Thanks ching, I just wanted something not that bling bling, so I didn't go for the custom faceplate option, oh also to save a few bucks :-)

Me too. I chose no bling bling for my 1st CM too. But I have added a wood plate on it to make it looks more natural...hopefully the outcome wont be disappointed.
