That's great. Now I used this i5 to play music under mdp, so far I feel the background is more clear even though I tried to increase the volume a lot when compared with my notebook with jriver. As I can run win7 under this, I tried potplayer. The screen and sound are quite good. I purchased rainbow fish HDMI last week, will try on i5 to see if there is any further improvement as well this week. Never regret to buy my i5 as a media player.{:6_208:}

Very good!Brought the optical usb from 長芯盛 yet?
終於成功將大量歌放入local drive 及成功播放。
同大家share 下我的方法。
1. download filezilla (免費)做ftp.
物碼，port 的輸入，同putty 一樣。
2. 我開了一个folder 叫 music 存歌。（mkdir /music）
3. 用上面ftp 過歌去music 个folder.
4. 話比voyage mpd 條link,輸入:
ln -sf /music /var/lib/mpd/music/public
5.gmpo噤update就見到music 的歌。就bingo.
如ftp 失敗過歌，可能write protect, 輸入remountrw 就可以write.
pk了，i5个ssd 祇有30激。
放歌在local drive ssd,比放在外置背景更靜，更多線條，好正。

師兄太客氣了，好明顯我只係摸住石頭過河。你地都比我叻！
well, internal SSD HD 容量有限，如果用傳統的會衰聲。係我個 set up，NAS (經 optical lan 入 i5) 比 internal SSD 還要好聲。
仲有 , cantata 遠比 gmpc 好用。如果你 compile 做 exe 有問題，我有佢 original 的 installer。(其實佢地係呢個月唔知點解唔再出 original windows installer)。
Anyway，現在條成個 i5 + mpd + optical usb 呢聲同初時比，進展如何呢？ {:1_254:}

And for movie playback, what are u using now?I've tested many many video playback software.
So far jRiver MC is the best in both audio and video quality.Just it doesn't got 60fps upscaling as some others do.

Not yet. So far I am quite satisfied with the performance using a very short USB cable to interconnect my DAC and i5. {:6_211:}

I got very short silver usb cable, I can tell the optical usb is a totally different world.Now the background from i5 is still very veery noisy.Optical USB can provide totally dark, silent background, accurate punch and tone, wide and solid sound stage.U must try. {:1_254:}
And I also spent a lot of time in comparing potplayer and mpc-ht, finally jRiver wins a lot.And jRiver got 30 days full function free trial. {:1_254:}

AOC USB, I think I will buy this later on. Last week, just bought two fishes. So I think I will play more movies this week first. If Jriver is good for playing movies, let me try to install on my i5 tomorrow.{:6_183:}
