雙組輸出的機種DC-116：
1. OUTPUT I為5V（3A）/ OUTPUT II為12V（3A）
My version is dual outputs with 5V and 12V. I checked the transformer inside and it writes 30VA. If the information written on the transformer is correct (30VA), then the output voltage and power as it claims is incorrect (誇大了), because
5V,3A=15VA + 12V, 3A=36VA
Total is 51VA!
Note that, linear PSU usually has efficiency of 80% only, if the transformer is 30VA, the power rating in output should not more than 24VA....
I just want to warn those who want to buy KECES, don't expect to use it to drive large current devices (e.g. 12V "real" 3A), in that case, the transformer will be overloaded and will become very very hot!
I once tried to use my KECES to drive my broadband modem, the original switching PSU of the modem said it is 12V, 1A. And I used multimeter to probe the current and it is "real" 1A at 12V, so it requires 12VA. But when I use KECES solely power up this modem, the KECES PSU gets quite hot after running for whole night. So the next day I unplug it and just use KECES to drive SoTM (12V) and Squeezebox Touch (5V)

If compare the PSUs in photos provided by Billy ching, it seems that Yu's PSU is 足火. So for high current application such as NAS, one should buy Yu's PSU.

我跟諸師兄談過有關做linear PSU 賣，他說這會是他未來的工作之一。

外國成品不菲, 所以有質量好的DIY set, 咁就一流, 好似砌PC咁, 跟manual做, 就萬冇一失啦
