J River Media support is quite responsive. They sent me a very clear instruction guide with screen capture and I finally worked it out. By the way, the software is really much much better than itunes and I can select the songs that I would like to play in sequence by using the ipad remote. It is really cool. Here is the link that has a very clear instruction ( http://www.4bay.dk/GettingStarted.htm). Hope it can help to other ching as well.
