You need to know the width and height of your screen, if you can see here the amount of shift is related to how big you want your image to be.Also remember the total shift amount is a combination of horizontal and vertical shift, luckily the lens shift is powered so very easy to do.
查了一下~我的幕布可视区域是宽2204MM,高1245MM。以80%的垂直距离映像来算的话是不是H值为1245 X 0.2=249MM以内才能使用？谢谢

80% horizontal shift means you can shift 40% up or 40% down from the centre line of your screen, so if your screen has a height 高 of 1245MM, it means 1245 x 0.4 = 498mm up or down.This does not include any horizontal shift, you add in horizontal shift you will have less vertical shift.
You should do fine if you only need vertical shift.
