Ching, I don't understand the reason of changing AMP or an additional power AMP can solve your problem. Probably performance of 805D might be better than 247SE since the price difference seems more than 10K. For me, I'm not sure whether my new 247SE can be pushed by my current AMP well or not but my next plan is to have NAD M25 as power AMP. Then it'll be more perfect.
