Unhappy - No Power for Pre Tube Amp (using 2 months more only)

Today, I'm very happy cuz I buy Sandy Lam Live 1993 HQCD and Jessie Hou CD in this afternoon.  I listened these CD only 40% in this afternoon and went out for dinner with my family.  I went back to home around 9:30 and then turned on tube amp (Pre & Power Mono).  The light of pre amp is disappeared and no power.  The other mono power amps are in normal condition.  I call to the sales clerk and he said to replace a new fuse at the back of the amp.

I complaint to him cuz I placed an order end of Jan 2011 and he confirmed to me these amps should be delivered to my flat before chinese new year but subject to stock.  Day after the order, he called me that he can delivery the pre-amp but power amps are out-of-stock in hk.  He suggested delivery the new pre-amp and "DEMO" power amps to me first.  Moreover, he will delivery the New power amps to me end of Feb 2011.  I called him end of Feb and asked him the delivery date.  He said delivery date will be delated cuz chinese new year in mainland.  Unfortunately, I can't recieve the new power amps and he haven't confirmed to me the delivery date until now.  I called him many times to chase the status from end of Feb to now.  I talked to him I will talk to consumer council if he fail to confirm the delivery date before lunch time tomorrow during the conversation.

Afterward, I replaced the fuse and power cord but it doesn't work.  I called him again and talked to him the situation.  He said replace the whole system to me and he will confirm to me the delivery date by tomorrow.  If he can't confirm to me the delivery date and he agree to refund the money to me.  I try to cheat myself first and look forward his good news.....................haha....................its too too fxxkxx' bad and suxk..............

    BTW, C hing, do you know any confident shop for repairing of tube amp ? "2" "hand" "ready"....................haha

That's why so many C Hing said nobody want to buy AV stuff in Andy Lau.

Surprise, I received a call from the sales clerk tonight and he said the system will been replaced with a new one on next Monday.

Hope no any other condition.

Today is very lucky.  They've just replaced with a new whole system and also give a 2 tubes to me for spare.  2 tubes are free-of-charge.
