Every time i off my amp.. will hear a sound "Pa" at speaker?? Someone can tell why??

yup.. i buy this amp.. then got this proplem already..last time very loud.. now i buy belkin pure av 8 socket and use it.. then no loud that last time.. but still have.. duno why??
