Hello to all big brothers and sisters,

I have a simple question on Marantz AV8805 and hope you experts could answer my question. However, I am currently have two different loudspeaker configurations for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X with the Marzntz AV8805, please see the following configuration details:

Dolby Atmos:
7.2.6
FL/C/FR/SL/SR/SBL/SBR/2 Subs/TFL/TFR/TML/TMR/TRL/TRR

DTS:X
7.2.4
FL/C/FR/SL/SR/SBL/SBR/2 Subs/FHL/FHR/RHL/RHR

Questions:
1. Which connections should the FHL/FHR/RHL/RHR connect to? Since all balanced connections are occupied by Dolby Atmos setup except Height 4. None of the unbalanced inputs are being used so far.

2. Is Marantz AV8805 pre capable to do auto switching between Dolby Atmos and DTS:X?

Sorry I have no idea the retail price in Hong Kong but the retail price with factory warranty is around CAD$6500 to $7000. I bought my unit almost a year and a half ago. AV8805 will last for another 3 years at least acoording to Marantz USA.

I had install CH and VOG , as I know DTSX pro also support VOG in the future !

Yes I have not tried the IMAX yet due to no IMAX media on hand. Any suggestions!!!
