Finally, I tried the 3.0.35+ full feature kernel and the problem fixed. The DigiFi no.15+16 Olasonic DDC+DAC works well but sound is some how different from using Mac/Audirvana Plus, a bit warmer and better for Bossa Nova. Seems that the regular kernel and real-time kernel trimmed some important component for that DDC+DAC, which is exists in Ubuntu. On the other hands, the loading seems much higher than real-time kernel (0.07:4.10).

I see.  At least it get your DDC combo works.  I hope one day you can use the RT kernel, so far it unleashes the best sonic potential of cubox-i, and far better than the rest.
