I don't think Warner HK has the mastertape of this album.
It's a disappointing fact that the single version of Tell Me What Can I Do might become extinct one day.
I do hope that you can contact Warner HK or New Century Workshop. Probably they can convert the vinyl to digital copy proffesionally and re-release it in CD format (with copyright issue sorted-out first, of course).
