請教 RCA to XLR cable 教學

聽C兄講，power amp有XLR in, 用rca to xlr cable 聲音都會有改善。請問如何DIY rca to xlr cable? 有無教學?
rca cable 都係一條芯 + grounding. 如要玩xlr係咪cable 都要換過?
如換cable (三條芯?!) xlr 及 rca兩邊又分別點樣接駁?

    CHing, 多謝分享, 你RCA to XLR at figure 17 圖中, shield網地有別於RCA to RCA只接頭, 它只接尾....可否指教下...{:6_195:}
