奇實係有可能寄失 收左可以扮無收 但相信不能長期咁做
refund 15% shippment costs? 4.9x kg 都好多運費下

英遜又回幾時決定點做都可以, 我一路冇要求refund(又加上Xmas假期), 結果最後收到.
佢地應該追蹤到份件係邊個POST OFFICE, 當refund的同時, 可能要求post office退件, 我諗係咁咋.

我同英遜聯絡(即時chat), CS小姐話如果我到o左佢o地要求o既日子(比原定到貨日遲成2星期有多)都係收唔到, 佢o地先可以當寄失(所以check一輪要我等多2日), refund係佢o地決定, 因為我要o既貨無晒喎, 聯絡後第2日已經收到refund通知, 好鬼快...
當然, 我寧願收到碟都好過refund, 所以先問下轉頭收到要點做...
(話時話, 攞張咭仔去郵局都唔駛對資料, 即係邊個揸住張咭都當係我, 可以取件, 好兒戲... {:6_123:} )

我係公司地址直接收, 可能個箱成5 KGS, 佢要求我填名及ID NO.
