Extra $1000 for the chinese sub-title? Is this robbery?

Ok, I was wrong. It is not robbery, I stand corrected.
Then again, there are many of us who need to have chinese sub title.
I was wrong on the UK price too. Minus VAT it is GBP26.92, plus shipping to HK is total GBP30.6 (HK$380).
