No dead spot found (yet! touch wood) but I found 1 bright spot (in Green)! It only shows when I select the Main Menu and you have to be as close as 1.5 ft from the screen to spot it. I did use the color jpg to check before taking possession and didn't find that. Imperfection, yes, overall, still great picture and you won't notice that when playing normal program or watching bluray.
what bother me is still can't get Wifi connected. I am sure it is working but it could be my router...
