ST 同 VT 最主要的分別在於軟件影像處理。
ST 比 VT 少左：
- THX 3D 認證
- ISFccc 調較功能

HK Ching can not enjoy their auto 調較 by Calman(We must use DIY for cal VT30 * not auto cal)
Lack off RS232 ( PC via VT30H for communication)
HK Agent mislead customer until now.

From reading the SpectralCal forum, VT30 can be controlled by IP address (EU model) or RS232 (NA model) so Asian model might still be ok as long the TV is on the network..I guess i will send a email to SpectraCal to confirm..

I know that calman can use RS232 or WIFI (but US model need ISF active code by VT30 remote (refer youtube).

icic, i think i might just get some ISF trainer to do the calibration on my VT30 after break-in..have anyone got experience in hiring hivihk trainer to do the job?

can i also ask c-hing about the vga connector..i haven't received mine yet (it's this saturday) but reading from the manual it seems like it requires a dongle or extension of some sort to connect by VGA... although with my oppo i hardly need to use my PC as a HTPC but still use it to stream live sport or watch mainland tv shows..
