seems there are quite a few first and second hand tubes available either at retail shops or from review33 ... interesting point is not easy to find exactly the same model with same year and spec ... feels like buying antiques ... prices also have pretty wide ranges for the same model at different years or simply different packing (even same brand) ... {:1_260:}

can't agree more ... just blindly bought a mullard 6sl7gt to replace mine and the performance was ... mixed up, lost high pitch details ... {:1_336:} then went to the shop i bought my tube amp, with advices from the same salesman to replace my 6sl7 and 6sn7, even before break-in, better sound image noted, high pitch details are back ... {:1_340:}
