Any ching help me,

I cannot control Cable TV HD set top box and now HD set top box.

Pls tell me your setting.

The brand is not Now TV and Cable TV, you can find the label at the bottom of the set top box which show the brand and model no. of the set top box.My Cable set top box is Cisco and I don't know whether yours is or not.You can try try.

You can try "Now 6196H" for now TV and "Cisco Z98DVB" for cable TV

I think at the end even you cannot find you just spend 30 mins to learn the key buttons from your original remote..
