我覺得好好wo，呢個policy係德政來，用意系punish劣質用品，消費者不用為劣質用品付代價，而優質產品會留底。香港就系容許劣質產品滿街，我地需要靠運來買野。
我都起美國讀過下書，又起你口中的hass businessschool上過下堂。

i love how international students used to buy TV/ laptops, and other electronics at large chained stores in the US, and refund them after few months of usage, then repeat this cycle for a few times so they dont hv to pay a cent for the stuff they use during their degree

政策睇全景，不是見到有D人濫用就ban。 濫用基本上系不能亦無需杜絕，受控即可。
