LG's 3DTV adopts the "Passive Method", contrary to the "Active Shutter Method" used by Sony and Panasonic's 3DTV.Yet, recent research has disclosed that the Passive Method has inherent deficiency by having SD quality instead of full HD when displaying 3D images.The viewing positions and angles are somewhat limited.Research also suggests that the so-called full HD in Passive Method 3DTV is somewhat tricky : by adding up the SD image quality perceived by each of the left and right eyes which then makes up to full HD!!!In fact, many 3DTV big brands like Sony, Panasonic or even another Korean brand (Samsung) know this very well and therefore won't bother to invest further in the R&D of Passive Method 3DTV as it has NO bright future.

If one has a need to buy 3DTV now or in the coming future, go for Active Shutter Method 3DTVs like Panasonic and Sony.
If one has time, then wait for Naked Eyes Method 3DTVs when the tech. gets mature and the products become less pricey.

Judge this by your eyes.
I tried Sony, Samsung, LG etc.My experience is that the Passive 3D can provide better 3D effect although most of the guys said that active 3D was better.Particularly if you need to wear glasses, the attached type 3D glasses is so convenient.The 3D glasses are also much cheaper.This is particularly good for me because I want to buy a 65" LG to host a big group of friends.{:1_264:}

It's true to say that LG offers you very impressive 3D effect, but the image quality is being compromised, largely attributed to the mechanism behind Passive Polarization Technology.The "Full HD" is only made possible thro' a recombination process inside human brain, yet the pixels that goes into each eye is just half of Full HD.This is an undeniable fact which has nothing to do with personal feeling or judgement.This fact has been purposely concealed in LG's marketing strategy to the effect that many customers/potential customers may not be aware of.

第五日使用，畫面不錯,看電影very good但tv 就比較samsung 差了點（可能因未較色)
