After using 2 nights, My dissatisfaction keep on increasing... Cannot play back the new 3D Cars2 and toy story 1-3 blu ray disc... Even if it can play the 2D version of cars 2, it keep on having audio breakout and even hanged at around 45:xx mins. I rip it into hard disk and it could play normally....
I really want to like this machine coz its picture and sound quality seem to be quite good... Kaiboer engineer... Pls work hard with the firmware!!!

did you use a HDD docking or put the HDD directly in the cabinet of the player

Hi,
I have updated the firmware tonight and try again. Now, the 3D Blu ray disc of Toy Story 1-3 and Cars 2 can play back normally.
However, the following problems are still existed without any improvement :
1. Transformer 3 Blu-Ray ISO still cannot be play back.
2. When change chapters of the disc, there is chance that the audio is loss... I have to try change to other chapter and then return to this chapter to try try whether it can return to normal. So, it is by your luck.
3. During playback of the disc, whenever it come to a chapter mark, there will be an annoying display of the disc navigation menu for about 5 secs.
4. The 'Info' button now is implemented but only showing useless information.

MY opinion is, unless you definitely need the 3D function, otherwise, consider other brand/model .... this one has so so many problem that definitely NOT worth the high price tag.
Correction... I tried to play the toy story 3d box set again and found that it sometime cannot be play normally.. It just hanged... So it depend on your luck whether you can play the disc or not at a time....
I am very angry and regret a lot of buying this rubbish!!!

Agreed with wsttony hing. Regret to have bought the machine. Haven't been able to play a movie smoothly for full length. Even MKV file. Although the picture quality is good. It is not worth to come with such bad software/firmware.
Just my 2 cents.
