Did you order it from the HK Eduserve international? They provide great service. Make sure your screen does not have a grey band on the top margin as I'd. They changed a new one to me & allowed me using the defective one while I was waiting for the delivery.

    Hi Cyyy ching, since I working in Macau, I just can order throught the Macau Da-lite dealer, but, they have good after sales service as well, cuz, originaly I has purchase a mainland screen from them, but, the qc was too bad, then the dealer has change another screen for me, but, the qc are also bad, then they agree to change th Da-lite screen for me I just have to pay back the different between the mainland screen and Da-lite, what good experience.
