about speaker stand 灌沙

Want to 灌沙 for existing cheap cheap speaker stand, not for sound tunning, only for increasing the weight of the stand to make the stand more stable.
Any Ching can help to tell which 沙 to use and where to buy, my main purpose is easy to buy, increase weight, but no need very good sound.

(my son is one year old and starting to walk arround at home, I'm afraid he will push down the speaker stand.)
