So you can download the .iso file and burn into a DVD for calibrating the blu-ray player.

No.I think what you mean is setting RGB gain/offset to achieve D65 white point for 0% - 100% stimulus levels. That's the grayscale calibration.
What I mean to calibrate for optimum skin tone (without the need to use the display's Color Management System, if it has one) is to:
(a) Set the "Color" control to make sure, when measuring 100% Saturated Red (@ 75% stimulus level), the Y value is equal to 21% of the Y value of 100% White (@ the same 75% stimulus level) - this is to avoid setting the "Color" control too high and give a general Red push of the colors
(b) Set the "Tint" control to make sure, when measuring 100% Saturated Yellow (@ 75% stimulus level), the Red % and the Green % are equal - optimize for skin tone is the reason of choosing Yellow (not Cyan and Magenta).
I personally tried this on both of my LCD TV and projector - it works. But you need to first calibrate for D65 white point and 2.2 gamma before this method of setting Color & Tint will give you a very good result.

I disagree about x=飽和度 and y=色調.
Both x,y together represent the x-y coordinates of a color in the CIE diagram (called it Pt. A)
飽和度 relates to the distance of the Pt. A from the D65 white point (x=0.3127 y=0.329).
色調 relates the angle of Pt. A with respect to the D65 white point.
You change 飽和度 (Saturation) in the display's CMS to move Pt. A outwards or towards D65 (both x & y may be changed).
You change 色調 (Tint) in the display's CMS to rotate it along D65 (also both x & y may be changed).
You change 亮度 (Brightness) in the display's CMS to adjust the Y value.

Agree!
Also, among the primaries, Red is the most important.
And then Green.
And then Blue.
