有冇師兄睇3D魔盜王4,PLAY唔到?

this is what oppo said to me :
It is not reading the disc completely. It should never boot to the HOME Menu if it fails to load. This sounds like a bad disc and the disc should be replaced to ensure it is not a defective disc.

If the player goes to the HOME menu then it sounds like the disc was not authored correctly and the player is reading it as a DATA BD and not as a BDMV. Try replacing the disc.
