Velodyne DD 10 problem

My DD 10 sometimes have be be ... sound, even i unplug the subwoofer cable and only connect the power. I try to change all the power cord and subwoofer cable, still have the same problem. I finally move the DD 10 to other location for half days without any problem and t hen move back the same location, nothing happen for half days and then suddenly will have be be sound. Do any ching know what's the problem. ( without the subwoofer cable, stillhave the same problem )
