Change from Nokia E72 to Samsung Nexus S

Change from Nokia E72 to Samsung Nexus S. Would like to know if any method to transfer the message and notes from Nokia to Samsung pls? For contact, is that to copy all the contacts to from the Nokia to the sim card and then put the sim card to the Samsung? Any difference if I also changed from 3HK to 123 (i.e. different ISP and hence an old and new sim cards)?

you can export all your outlook contacts and import them in google contacts... from that point all your contact will be saved on their servers.. from any smartphones now either android or IOS.. it will support google sync
