Choice of CD player

Which one is better?

1. Sony XA 5400ES (Stereo sound best buy cd player no.1 below 200,000 yen)

2. Marantz SA-15 S2 (Stereo sound Best buy cd player no.2 below 200,000 yen)

3. Denon DBP-2012UD/ Marantz UD7006 ( Best of AV/Hi-Fi with network support for CAS)

Some Ching said that CD head of Marantz are not durable while Sony is better. Is it ture?
