u台同d台好多samsung廣告,所以點可以得失米飯版主,而果D版主有咩專業知識可判斷係假野?佢地河蟹有關SAMSUNG的負面CASE都唔係第一次架啦

The case that chacha7 hing sharing refers to the Hi-Fi/TV rack’s glass top exploded by itself while the victim’s plasma directly stands on top of the glass, instead of the TV’s structure has any problems…..
I'm using samsung now and my old 32" LCD was also Samsung (i gave it to my aunt and still working fine now, almost 6-years old).
To be honest, my experience with their CS is not bad and making appointments for c fu for inspection and maintenance were totally normal.My current B650 46" did have some problem with the TV stand a 2-3months after I bought it (could only swing to the right but not to the left), i called the CS and they arranged c fu to come check the problem, after c fu confirm the problem, they immediately arranged replacement of the parts.
