OPPO 83 can't open disc tray

Any ching has this experience?
My OPPO 83 even in stand-by, the light become blue instead of red.
When turn on, always show Loading.
When press 'open', the tray did not come out.
I have tried to play music from USD stick, it is normal.

Is OPPO has an agent now in HK? Could any ching share the contact number please?
