The latest version of EAC already can get meta data online, including album art, so very convenient.

That basically means the CD you are ripping is not on the database use by EAC.Its somewhat an inconvenience, the Gracenote database used by ripper like iTunes is quite a bit better.Oh well, I am very happy with EAC, not to mention it is free !!

You might want to defragment your music hard drive if you can, but I think most NAS cannot be defragmented.

Possibilities:
1. Your CD is not on their DB.
2. You have not put an email address in the freedb / Database Option
