呢個budget可以考慮下二手嘅Krell Show Case 或Lexicon MC8
不過無HD Audio解碼。除咗部部Emovita 外，
要有HD Audio嘅歐美pre amp最少要25K以上，

Brand new, there aren't that many choices with your budget. With most Western brand names, you are looking at 20-30K minimum. So you may have to look at second-hand items instead if you insist on it being Non-Japanese.
If you don't mind purchasing online (warranty might be an issue), there is Emotiva although it doesn't have the XLR outputs that you asked for. I've not use any of their products before but it very priced very cheap and you can google to read more about it (mostly in US forums).
