how to install IE 8 back?

My notebook has windows update and got IE9...
but it's slow, buggy...
text input is slow and laggy too...

i want to install previous version, but I have browsed the web and couldn't find IE8 to install,c hings, any ideas pls?

my notebook is win7 platform

Control Panel > Window Update >檢視更新紀錄

scroll down to find IE9 Update
select and right click for uninstallation IE9
