係呀,當平時煮飯就得,個飯煲跳掣後,唔好立刻打開,再等10分鐘就OK!
肉質同平時開鍋用水蒸一樣 And, how can we cook without water???

always love chicken but often over cook or too rare, this is best for sometime cooker like me{:6_136:} 老細想試吓用電飯煲蒸雞,結果係.............效果幾好

老細睇完電視烹飪節目介紹用電飯煲蒸雞後,試過整 ,但我覺得用電飯煲蒸雞肉質較"林", 同一種雞再用水蒸,比較下, 我覺得就蒸好吃啲啦!
PS:可能不同品牌電飯煲有不同效果
