Well, no matter what, if you feel sad to the girl, this photo/action serve its purpose already. Agree with the comments under the blog, if you don't have this photo, you won't even know this is happening somewhere in the world, and this girl die in vain. But now, this photo raised a concern and you know its happening and you feel sad to them.
