Onkyo 608 HDMI and heat problem
睇左好多網頁關於608, 有些人話個hdmi有d問題, 不可以係唔開amp情況下將HDMI signal 傳至tv (HD TV box --> AMP --> TV ), 有d就話IDTV --> AMP, 如果合部amp開左,便沒有tv signal. 各位ching有冇咁既問題?同埋部機開一陣會好熱?是否熱度燙手? 好熱? 我部無窩...不可以係唔開amp情況下將HDMI signal 傳至tv <- 呢個算係HDMI 有問題!!?...{:1_331:}, Sorry, 我唔知其他牌子 /型號，我覺得正常窩，我睇now 要開，因為用左 608 個 upscaling，唔開amp，bluray /PS3 直出TV..

608 已經改良有內置 風扇,
我在夏天睇 Bliu-ray 時, 都覺得有點熱 !!{:5_93:}

你要搞清楚「唔開amp情況下」定義。
1. 完全熄機

as my TV only has 1 HDMI input, theconnection is HD box -> AMP -> TV....so the AMP must be on for long time. The heat is my concern. If the HDMI functions is on, all Onkyo models will be very warm.
So good ventilation is very important 'cause the fan inside won't work unless the amp is completely on. 你要搞清楚「唔開amp情況下」定義。

I am using 807 with the same connection arrangement as well, no need to always turn on the AV AMP, TV signal can still bypass to TV when the amp is standby mode
