Option A is impossible for projecting 80" at a distance of 21LF
For Option B, I will choose B1 because
Assuming ching plays 80" at a viewing distance of 7-9LF now,
after 1-2 years if you are heading for 90" (sofa slide backwards 1-2 LF)
projector will still be able to cope with the projecting distances.
btw, your T5 light trough projects downwards lighting instead of ceiling lighting

Not a good idea to til the projector down like this. Better to have a mount drop more from celling.

Move the sofa to the left, up to the corner wall.
Use slim type wall mount ledtv, maximise the viewing distance, screen just drop down on the surface of the ledtv,
If the distance between eye to screen has approx. 10-11 LF, c hing could try 100-120" screen subject to your projector spec/ room width/ lens shift function...etc.
and like above c hing mentioned, no 7.1 for this option.{:6_142:}

How long do I need to drop down the ceiling? As my ceiling is not so height, only 8 feet, so I am afraid I may hit the projector when I back home at night. {:1_332:}
