Just called! they are working in weekend and yes they will also repair unit not purchase from them! Reapir charge will be around $350.-
Thx god! At least not to have to deal with Ouku on teh internet or international call to their service line. My mandarin is so poor!

just took the player to the shop at MK for repair this afternoon.
Repair and insepction cost $350, + parts (if applicable)
Need few days to 1 week (max 2 week) for return.
Sigh!!!

點知係衰聲到唔想聽! 因同時新換了對speaker cable, 有以為賴嘢!
