CHING可能有少少誤會, 小弟意思SPEAKER 無可能在街上交收,
不過放外人入屋多多少少有D風險, 本人都是小小LI-END用家一名 ,
非收買佬, 只希望各CHING上門交收時心裏風險意識加少許,
例如入大廈有保安櫃位的話, 可以話大廈保安需要, 要出入外人登記 ID.,
如果買家係真正用家, 一心買野, 要證記都會體諒及無問題,
不過小弟一賣野真係覺得好煩, 但又鍾意換野.....
