Because of the brand name? Especially in the Stereo sector, the Marantz name carries more clout.

Even if the Denon/Marantz have the same innards, it doesn't mean they will sound exactly the same. They are probably tuned to have a different sound signature of their own.

Just go for the one that sounds better to you.

Yes, 以前 DENON DVD-3930 都係大陸造, 有咩所謂

呢兩部都係Funai(船井電機)喺大陸嘅廠房生產.

不是Funai 生產，現在為韓國供應商Inkel 於大陸生產，Sheerwood係Inkel 嘅自家品牌。
