I was planning for 5.1 with the budget almost the same.

我自己都係俾scandyna既外型吸引, 以下係我既spec.
Amp: Onkyo 508
FS: Smallpod
CS: Micropod
SS: Micropod
Swoofer: Sunfire HRS-12
因為我玩既空間得2米x4米, 所以個config都算可以, 不過個中置用Micropod有d吃力...但cinepod真係好大兼擋左tv個IR receiver, 所以無打算買, 因為可以將來前中置會升級,
此外個scandyna subwoofer好多ching講以呢個有好d選擇, 所以我就買左太陽火, SO FAR SO GOOD.
以你屋企既size, Minipod is better choice! 建議你買個中階以上既Amp去推啦...

My recommendations:
FS:2 X Minipod
CS:1 X Cinepod( provided that it won't block your TV)
RS:2 X smallpod
SB:2 X micropod
Subwoofer: Velodyne SPL-1000
If your budget of AV amp is around $20k:
1. Pioneer SC-LX83
2. Yamaha 3067
But accordings to your pic, you are not well prepared for setting up your speakers ( I mean the renovation works), may be simply setup an 5.1 system is enough !
