Display card recommendation

I think I need to change my fanless ATI4350 because of high temperature.My requirement:-

1) either ATI or Nvida
2) need to support HDMI bitstream with my ASUS Xonar HDAV soundcard
3) do not occupy more than 1 PCI slot
4) preferably with low power consumption
5) not so expensive (below $500)
6) I do not play game

Any recommendation pls?

Yes, but no new card is required for me as I have the Asus Xonar sound card in use for more than 2 years. Only want to switch to a low-grade replacement with fan to address the temperature issue in anticipation of the summer hot days(as high as 50 degree)

應該無for 4350既fan,如果張咭無heat sink去買個貼上去加把機箱扇吹著，幾十蚊試下有無幫助。

Already added separate "snail fan" but result not good enough-40 degree right now. Afraid of over 50 degree during summer time.

Then you may need the water cooling on vga. which brand of your VGA card? always full load?
