好大可能係喇叭未run in好，d聲仲係好硬，低頻未出到。

I have the same problem of my belkin拖板, I called the belkin HK but always no body answer and reply my e-mail, very disappointed of the service.

i am still negotiating with future shop of how to return the surge protector to them......so frustrated...
they ask me to return it by surface mail......only if they receive the parcel, they will send me back a new one.....
I reply immediately and angrily that I could not wait over a month to get a new one!!!! impossible!
still no reply from them as well......they reply email slowly....
