Can I use my existing speakers for Marantz 1601?

Hi all,

I am new here and new to the AV world.Sorry if my questions are silly.....

I got a set of Sony DZ-870KW.Now, I wish to buy an amplifier.My target is Marantz 1601, mainly because of its size.....

Wondering whether it is possible to use the speakers of Sony DZ-870KW for the Marantz 1601??

I wish to use the set of speakers for a moment first.Later, I may purchase KEF 5005.2 (wireless or not) or the T series, again because of the look.....Do these speakers work for Marantz 1601??And any other recommendation of good looking speakers for Marantz 1601??
