D2 is now made in China that's why it sells much much cheaper than M2 (MIUK)
Still, D2 presents good value !

I think the gear is made in CN. As compare with D1, it doesn't mention "made in uk" in front board. Besides, the output for 8 ohm is 100w not 120w. Nevertheless, it still a great AMP, I choose it after listen Naim, Exposure, Onix 125 & Densen (those in 13-17k price range). Only concern is it doesn't has balance input, 替天兄，you have Elac 244, better go to Tim Chi 3/F to audit it. I use it drive with 244 is good enough and also match Elac 比較清爽的 speaker。

I bought it half a year ago and it didn't say where is it made but I thought it should be China
(only indicate "design in UK" in front panel.
You will still find the display of D2 in one of the authorized dealers in MK Yau Shing is made in UK
which is misleading indeed.

It is of great value for money and do match it with a higher quality/grade speakers!

I think they might have switched manufacturing place already, that explains why the first lot of Destiny was few thousand dollars more expensive than the new ones.
