As title.Which AMP with better 1080p upscale video quality.

Bluray 同高清廣播年代，upscale 功能已漸漸 fade out，反而應著重 Amp 其他 video function 的調較（noise reduction、brightness etc）！ As title.

Beside of the video upscaling feature.I still don't know which one to pick 608 / 1020k. If price is not a problem, choose 1020 If price is not a problem, choose 1020

What make 1020 better than 608? 1020 is much better:
For movies, I really like the 1020 because it is 恨, 快, 分析力高! Please note, the sound is a little sharp & thin, so I will use some thicker sounding sc & pc to balance it. Sorry I am a newbie... may I know what the sound "thin" mean?
My current old and cheap cheap speakers...
Front Speaker: B&W DM302
center speaker: Solid
rear speakers: Celestion
Sub: Kenwood SW-301
