今日終於有位先生call我,都係不停講唔好意思,最緊要既都係只係重覆"無零件",佢話下星期有批零件"不過唔知有無我部機岩用"
當時如果我唔係係個客屋企我一定爆佢,佢話幫我send mail去日本問,我同佢講我都send左mail去日本,不過日本假期5號先開工,
唯有再等

c兄收機檢查清楚板面、因我有個不快的事情發生
攞部機比p記檢查完師父話無問題沒維修過、
部機回來後發現板面花了偷偷用黑油補上、
如果唔係太多手指毛要用布清潔、也發現不到被補上黑油
最後又等三個月才換一個新板面、P記改善吓不要被丙才改善

部機整完之後如果個面板花左, 或有指紋, 我會即刻叫師父換面板!!! 掂面板梗要戴手套啦, 常識0黎嘛. 天龍有個姓周0既師父就最興用手指印 D 指紋上去 D 玻璃面板0既. 點解隻手指一定要掂玻璃面板0者?!
補黑油仲過分啦, 投訴去日本總公司0既話, 個師父第日即刻執包袱!!!

It could be Pioneer did not have the customer base as other big brands like Panasonic or Denon have. Look at Pioneer's AV amps have just been popular these few years but Denon has got a long history. Panasonic has very wide range of products so the customer services team can be very big and is outsourced to Shung Heng. Having said that, Pioneer really need to review the servie quality otherwise it may not attract new joiners.

我之前部sc-lx71有問題,都同p記嘅cs鬧得極愉快,所以我都覺得p記嘅cs極之不行
