Just my opinions:
1) Have you found out the problem is on the TV or on the BDP? Have you tried another BDP and have the same problem?
2) Just sharing, of course demo machine is not good, but it has been run-in for 200 hrs already. From another angle, not so bad... cuz you don't need to warm up. Do you find any burn-image on the screen?
