發封信，內容寫pls be advised that I received a damaged one regarding avatar 3 discs.
運氣差就是折讓一點金額，但通常都是直接再寄一套新的給你。
若是叫你寄回退換，只要好好表達是因為包裝不好，最後還是會寄一套給你。

佢一路都講DVD，但我睇番order其實係BD，重要用Expedited International Shipping，其實我係咪有d過份呢??

I'm sorry to hear that the paper cover of Avatar BD arrived damaged. We make every attempt to package items securely to protect them during shipping, but sometimes damage does occur.

I'm not able to replace individual pieces from a set, but I'll replace the entire set for you and there is no need to return the original DVD.

I've created the replacement order listed below:

Shipping Speed: Expedited International Shipping
Estimated Delivery Date: Between December 22, 2010 and December 24, 2010   

There's no need to return the damaged DVD set you received. You're welcome to keep, donate or dispose of it--whichever option is most appropriate and convenient for you.

The original payment method was charged $30.64 for the replacement order — to expedite its transit through customs — and I also issued a refund for this amount at the same time to the original order; you'll see the refund in the next 2-3 business days.
